Initial Consultation
Our first session will be a consultation. To prepare, please print, complete and bring the forms found in the Forms section.
During this session I will assess the difficulties you are facing and make treatment recommendations, as you begin to consider whether the therapeutic direction I propose is the path you would like to take.
Payment and Insurance
My fee for a 50 minute therapy session is $250. I ask that payment be made by Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, cash or check at the end of each session. I am not on any insurance panels and do not accept insurance payments. If you would like, I can provide a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company. Please confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits with your insurance company.
