I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, specializing in methods with empirical support for their effectiveness.  While I work with a broad array of problems, I have both expertise and a special interest in treating stress and anxiety disorders. I take a warm and interactive approach to help my clients achieve their goals. During sessions, I guide clients through the integration and use of new tools, including mindfulness and acceptance, to better manage moods, and the stresses of life.
